Voluntary Support Offer

This document describes voluntary support (donations) to developer Virab via transfers of money, cryptocurrencies, or other digital assets using payment details published on virab.me.

By sending funds you confirm that you have read and accept these terms in full.

2. Nature of the transfer

• The transfer is voluntary support (a donation), not payment for goods, work, or services.
• It does not create a contract for services, sale, or any reciprocal obligation.
• The recipient may use received funds at their discretion, including for projects, infrastructure, and personal purposes.

3. Non-refundable

Transfers are final and non-refundable after sending, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

You accept blockchain risks: irreversibility, network fees, wrong address/network, confirmation delays, and exchange-rate volatility.

4. Sender responsibility

• You must verify the wallet address, network (chain), and asset type before sending.
• The recipient is not liable for transfers sent to a wrong address, wrong network, or to third parties.

5. Taxes

You are responsible for any tax obligations related to the transfer under the laws of your country.

6. Changes

The recipient may update this offer. The current version is always published on this page.
